To bring you the lowest possible everyday prices, our FREE delivery covers shipments in the contiguous 48 states only. Please contact us to learn more about shipments outside the 48 states.
With our FREE delivery service, the delivery agent will bring your mattress order directly to your front door. Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM and Saturday mornings.
Transit Times: Approximately 2 weeks. Mattress sets typically ship out within 48-72 hours. Transit time is approximately 1 week after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements with you at a time that fits your schedule.
Damaged Shipments: If in the unlikely event your mattress set appears damaged upon delivery, Sleep Therapy Direct will take action to ensure your satisfaction. We highly recommend you inspect all boxes before accepting the delivery. Call us immediately to report the damage. If you suspect, but are not sure of any damage, please note this on the paperwork that accompanied the shipment. If you confirm the mattress set was damaged in transit, you must call us within 24 hours of delivery to your home.
